I need help
coming up with a weekend workout. I have one for every day of the week aside from Saturday and Sunday. I want something I could do in my own home, and I don’t want it to be vigorous, since it’s kinda like a break for me. I don’t want to just completely not do anything though. :/ Any ideas?

I hate dieting. I don’t have a specific diet that I stick to, I take good advice and eating habits from a few of them and combine them into my own lifestyle. I work out, I try to eat right, and I love how I feel. :]

eyesoffaith asked: ohhh okay :) just looking out for you is all, we want you to succeed and be happy at it! I understand what you mean. I would suggest maybe just picking a certain number of crunches, leg lifts, push ups, ect. to do if you've eaten something you feel bad about. Or maybe go for a walk to burn off some of the calories. Things like that!
